Who am I?
Hi, I’m Gemma, a qualified, experienced, and very enthusiastic science tutor specialising in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at KS3 and KS4.
With over 10 years experience teaching in local secondary schools and 4 years as a GCSE science examiner, I bring a real understanding of what your child needs to succeed, both in their learning and in their exams. I know what exam boards are looking for, and I’m here to help your child feel confident, capable, and ready to show what they know.
I offer personalised, engaging tuition in a relaxed, supportive space, whether that’s online or from my home. My sessions aren’t just about prepping for tests or exams they’re about building confidence, sparking curiosity, and helping your child make sense of science in a way that makes that light bulb switch on.
I believe no child should be left behind. With the right support and a down to earth approach, every learner can make real progress and even enjoy the ride along the way.
